JAMES' professional career began as a licensed securities consultant managing diversified stock and bond portfolios for high net worth individuals and groups. During the next twenty-five years, he founded and operated a number of successful corporations. He has extensive knowledge in most areas of business from finance, sales and marketing to negotiation. His Real Estate experience includes the buying, selling and development of both residential and commercial properties. James holds certifications as a fine Homes International Specialist, Signature Properties Specialist, International Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  He is also designated as a Sanibel and Captiva Islands Specialist (SCIS).  Jim is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and holds the State of Florida Real Estate Broker's license.

PENNY also has extensive Business experience that has included corporate positions of Sales Manager and Director of Marketing. As well as holding the (ABR) Accredited Buyer's Representative designation, Penny has a (SPSD)Signature Properties Specialist Designation and a (SCIS) Sanibel & Captiva Islands Specialist Designation. Penny is also a fitness instructor and holds certifications in Weight Room Resistance Training, Aerobics, Kick Boxing, Aquatics and Personal Training. She has traveled the world extensively and is a certified scuba diver. Penny is very active in the Sanibel Community Church and participates on the World Wide Mercy Mission Ministry Team.   Penny puts forth endless energy and enthusiasm in every task at hand.
