The Dunes, Foley, Gumbo Limbo, Island Woods, Lagoon Estates, Mahogany Way, Mitzi, Periwinkle Pines, Periwinkle Properties, Sabal Sands, Sanibel Center, Sanibel Highlands, Sanibel Lake Estates, Sanibel Pines, Sanibel Place and Whisperwood Cove east of Tarpon Bay Road. Bayly, Belle Meade, Los Colony, Ranchos Way, Sanctuary and Sanibel Gardens are west of Tarpon Bay Road. All are considered inland subdivisions when searching under the heading “prime location”.
